At Stila Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of new or gently used products purchased from our website within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging if possible, and include the packing slip inside before affixing the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
